Beginner's Dumbbells Exercises to train all mayor muscle groups.
Every exercise has been selected with your comfort in mind: to follow this program you willl need no special props. Also, most exercises can be done standing. This is a beginner's program. The goal here is not to change you into a professional body builder, but to offer you an easy to follow schedule that will allow you to keep all your muscles fit.
It is up to you to decide the numer of sets and repitions that you do, and how heavy your dumbbells should be. However, the programm does offer some general rules that could be helpful in helping you to make these decisions.

Day 3 : Triceps and Schoulders

Day 5 : Biceps and Forearm
